Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns for Change of Mind

At Heat Trading Cards, we take pride in the quality of our products. As our mystery and surprise products are sealed and contain randomly allocated contents, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Disappointment with the contents received
  • Perceived value of items included
  • Personal preference regarding the cards, collectibles, or products obtained

Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, we will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

To report an incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order reference number
  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photographs where relevant

3. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe a sealed product has been opened, tampered with, or compromised during transit, please notify us as soon as possible.

Providing photographs of the packaging and product will assist us in investigating and resolving the matter promptly.

4. Mystery Box Purchases

All mystery boxes sold by Heat Trading Cards are securely sealed prior to dispatch.

As the contents are randomly selected and form part of the mystery-box experience, purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded solely because the contents did not meet expectations or personal preferences.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing contained within this policy is intended to limit, exclude, or override any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
