1. Order Fulfilment
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most purchases are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally occurs within the following timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping: Approximately 1–4 business days
Please note that these delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control.
3. Shipment Tracking
Where a tracking service is available, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Delivery Delays and Missing Parcels
While we work with reputable shipping providers, Heat Trading Cards PTY LTD cannot guarantee delivery times and is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact both the carrier and our team. We will assist where possible in lodging enquiries or investigations regarding the shipment.
5. International Orders
At this time, Heat Trading Cards PTY LTD ships only within Australia and does not currently offer international delivery services.
