1. Series Completion & Sealing

Each Heat Trading Cards Repack Series is assembled from a predetermined and documented selection of items.

Once a series has been finalised and sealed, its contents cannot be altered, substituted, added to, or removed.

A corresponding checklist will be published for each series and will include:

  • Series title
  • Date of finalisation
  • Total number of boxes produced
  • Detailed breakdown of included items

2. Product Pricing

Unless otherwise specified, all prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Heat Trading Cards Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust product pricing, promotions, or offers at any time without prior notification.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timeframes are outlined within our Shipping Policy.

Heat Trading Cards Pty Ltd is not responsible for shipping delays, disruptions, or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers, postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns or refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened repack products
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Dissatisfaction relating to perceived value or expected outcomes

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy for assistance.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

  • Heat Trading Cards Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss relating to product valuation, resale performance, collectability, or expected returns.
  • Heat Trading Cards Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Customers acknowledge that all purchases and participation in surprise or mystery-style products are undertaken at their own discretion and risk.

6. Ownership of Content

All intellectual property appearing on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, branding elements, images, graphics, product concepts, designs, written materials, and other content, remains the exclusive property of Heat Trading Cards Pty Ltd.
